A limited scope refurbishment of various areas within the hotel.

The areas included a soft (re-decoration) refurbishment of the guestrooms, importantly the design brief was to subtly reflect a sense of location. Additionally, we’ve provided a unique concept for full refurbishments of the Club InterContinental, Business Lounge, TrEat – a barista bar and finally concepts for the driveway/Porte-cochere enhancement to enhance the guest arrival experience.

The hotel is located next to the water-front of Muscat and refurbishment is ongoing, the majority of work being completed by 2020.
