Interior refurbishment with new build extension to the public areas, guestrooms and beach villas to this very old property. For the refurbished areas the brief was to retain as much of the existing interior as possible but upcycle and contemporize where possible to allow the connection between existing and new areas to be seamless in design, resulting in a unifying contemporary design approach throughout.

The hotel is comprised of 260 rooms & suites + 19 villas, Lobby lounge, 3 meal restaurant/terrace, bar/terrace & meeting rooms.  

Located on the water front in Salalah overlooking the Arabian Sea – currently on hold.
